Maple Mountain
"New England has long been a
favorite vacation spot for us. Finally, after
years of visiting during summer months, we managed a trip in October to see
the "autumn turn". It truly was a visual feast. Maples
seem to produce
more color than most variety of trees. In some instances, entire fields
and mountains would be covered with unimaginable colors.
Super-imposition
has been a favorite method of mine: to join two ideas or to change the
impression of one or both images. The white-black patterned birch was a
perfect contrast to the brilliant color in the distance. The setting in
Vermont and the ski trail, awaits the snow that will change all to white."
