"It was a month after the storm before I was able to drive on Claiborne Ave. again, the depth of the flood water could be seen by the lines it left on the facades of the buildings. 

The power and strength of the unscathed elevated expressway super-imposed in front of the damaged buildings emphasizes their fragility. I added the truck, water and chair, as well as the street light with its angle that countered the expressway."             Rolland Golden
